IIT Bombay has announced the exam date for Undergraduate Common Entrance Exam for Design 2016 (UCEED 2016). Aspirants need to appear for UCEED exam if they want to secure admission in BDes programmes offered at IIT Bombay’s Industrial Design Centre (IDC).
UCEED 2016 is scheduled to be conducted on January 17, 2016. The online registrations for the exam will commence on October 17, 2015 on their official website http://www.iitb.ac.in/uceed/2016
UCEED was conducted for the first time in 2015 and aspirants who cleared this entrance exam were admitted in BDes programmes offered at IIT Bombay as well as IIITDM Jabalpur for the 2015-16 academic session. Sources share that this year more colleges will be offering admissions to aspirants on the basis of their score in UCEED 2016. However, the names of these colleges have not been shared yet.
